The United District Court, Southern District of Indiana, Indianapolis Division has approved a Class Action Settlement with Harrison College. All persons who enrolled as credential-seeking students at Harrison College or its affiliate "The Chef's Academy" after March 1, 2017 and who remained enrolled in the quarter immediately preceding its closure on September 20, 2018 are eligible for compensation via this settlement.
